All of the above create a huge amount of strain on our wellbeing, resulting in a depleted energy system – chakras that are out of balance.
If you've answered yes to at least 4 of the above that may indicate prolonged stress and anxiety that has weakened your body’s energy system and caused the chakras to be imbalanced. When one or more of the chakras is out of balance, it can manifest as illnesses in the body.
Our chakras are influenced by everything we do and go in and out of alignment and balance naturally. From little stresses, minor illnesses, and leading the fast-paced lifestyles we do today, our chakras need to be realigned and rebalanced to eliminate dis-ease of the mind, body and spirit.
When energy flows efficiently without any major blockages, we have a strong foundation for good health. Once we understand how energy moves through the body and how this energy flow affects our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being, we can use specific chakra balancing techniques to optimise the vibration of each chakra bringing body, mind, and spirit into harmony and restoring our natural state of wholeness.
Chakra, Sanskrit for “spinning wheel of energy”, signifies one of seven specific energy centres in the body and mind. The seven main chakra centres are aligned along the spinal column and are connected to our being on several different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Since our chakras are connected to our being in so many different ways, it is important that they are balanced.
This 8-week chakra course is about personal development and getting to know yourself at the subtle levels of your being by exploring the human energy field, through the seven major chakras.
We will examine each chakra in detail; the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of each will be discussed allowing for introspection and the development of self-awareness. The sessions will include time to explore any issues that may surface associated with a particular chakra.
I will be recommending specific techniques to undertake after the workshop to enable you to maximise the benefits of the workshop into your daily life.
As many of us are now working from home, I am pleased to be able to offer online workshops. These can be delivered live to your home via Zoom, with all the content, exercises, tips and techniques that are normally included in a face to face workshop.
No prior knowledge of the chakras is necessary. If you’re new to the Chakras and intrigued or know a little, but keen to learn more then this is for you!
This workshop will cultivate mind-body-spirit awareness, allowing you to take residence in your own body as we journey with awareness and consciousness. Balancing the mind, body and spirit, encouraging a deeper exploration of the individual self.

- How to balance chakras with meditation, crystals, colour and essential oils.
