True to her tagline as a mind, body and spirit coach; not only have I benefitted from her reflexology skills, she has also been a comforting ear, friend and guide as I deal with my personal health issues.Marlene's passion comes through in what she does, and she really is a seasoned professional in skills alongside her great scientific knowledge coming from her previous career both within healthcare and traditional chinese medicine/acupuncture. She is very down to earth/not scientific at all, it is only when you ask you realise how much she understands which is great for someone scientific like me. She also knows a lot of people in the health and holistic community which is very useful at times.Her practice room is very welcoming and as you step in you feel your stress disappears and you walk out feeling all new. It was very informative and I learnt so much about Chakras. What I enjoyed the most and found very useful were the practical exercises. We were able to put into practise with simple exercises what we had learnt.
Marlene had thought of everything, even down to refreshments and lunch to keep the group fed and watered throughout the day.

Apart from learning how things within the chakra actually can get imbalanced and how to attend to that, I also came away with a sure list of things to be on the outlook for. Marlene was very patient with each of our queries and I do not think any one of us came away with any questions unanswered. And I will add that the day went by peacefully it didn't feel like I was working (or learning in this case). On the contrary it gave me the space to reconnect with myself. I would recommend this workshop to all I know. and look forward to more sessions with Marlene.

She often knew what was on my mind at the start of a session before we even began! I had sessions with Marlene every 2-3 weeks for 6 months and she has given me a new perspective on my relationships as well as tools to help me when my inner child needs my attention. I can far better identify what the root cause of an emotional reaction is now. Her sessions always left me feeling lighter, more positive and confident in my ability to deal with my emotions.
