It was very informative and I learnt so much about Chakras. What I enjoyed the most and found very useful were the practical exercises. We were able to put into practise with simple exercises what we had learnt.
Marlene had thought of everything, even down to refreshments and lunch to keep the group fed and watered throughout the day.

I decided to commence a regular flow of sessions as a result of suffering gout/arthritis and. It's my toe joints which at times can result in unbearable pain. As a young man in my early 30's I sought help and have found the answers through my sessions with Marlene.It has been truly life changing, not just for myself but also my wife and young family. I can only speak from my experience which has been second to none and I have had no flare up!Further to that it's the sense of relaxation, calmness and wellbeing that Marlene brings with it. As a self therapist, I could only go so far in helping/healing myself and I had reached that point so arranged to see Marlene. We had an immediate rapport and our discussions have been deep and wide-ranging. Following initial reflexology treatment, I experienced a marked shift in energy and was prompted to take my first real holiday in years. Returning spiritually refreshed and motivated, I had several healing sessions, which gradually exposed deeply suppressed emotional baggage. As we worked together, the sessions eventually culminated in a cathartic experience. Since then I have been led to consider new fields of occupation allied to my original profession; this is a work in progress. Marlene is an empathetic facilitator of the healing journey, patient and encouraging, but not adverse to drawing one back to the chosen path when one strays towards procrastination! Due to unforeseen circumstances in my life, we had not met together for over 18 months. Two weeks ago, we met and were able to support each other on our present journeys; it was as though we had not been physically separated.
