What I offer isn’t psychotherapy or counselling - it’s important to know the difference so that you are clear about what you can expect from our work together.


 

What’s the difference between Coaching and Psychotherapy?

  • Psychotherapy, is a clinical process focused on diagnosing and treating mental health challenges such as: depression and complex trauma. If you're struggling with deep-rooted issues, psychotherapy is designed to help you work through them with the support of a trained professional.

  • Coaching, is about looking forward to move toward the best version of yourself. We’ll work together to get clear on your goals, break through any obstacles that might be standing in your way, and align your actions with your true purpose. My focus is about unlocking your potential, building resilience, and helping you create the life you’ve always wanted.
